Gut Loving Scrambled Eggs with Turmeric & Broth

Next time you have an omelette, scrambled or fried eggs, try sprinkling some of our Dehydrated Broth on top to not only get the nutritional and health benefits but to also add a beautiful crunchy texture, taking your eggs to a whole other level.

 2-3 pieces of Zucchini Coconut Bread, toasted
 A handful of leafy greens
 2-3 organic, free-range eggs
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1/2 tsp cracked Changing Habits Pepper
 Butter for serving

Whisk the eggs, turmeric, salt, pepper and broth powder together.

Heat a small frying pan and cook the eggs scrambled style.

When ready, turn off the heat.

Place the bread onto a plate and top with butter.

Place the leafy greens on top, then place the scrambled eggs on top of that.

Finally sprinkle with some extra broth for a bit of crunchy texture.
