Gingerbread Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are our twist on traditional gingerbread. They are a great idea as a last minute Christmas gift...or a perfect light snack for the whole family any time of the year!

Ingredients
Bliss Balls
 1/2 cup hazelnuts
 1 cup coconut flour
 1/2 cup cashew butter
 2 tbsp maple syrup

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the hazelnuts on top. Roast for approximately 10 minutes (or until they begin to brown). Remove and cool.

Place the hazelnuts in a Thermomix or food processor along with the rest of the bliss ball ingredients. Blend on high for approximately 1 minute.

Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls.

On a small plate, combine the cinnamon and rapadura sugar. Roll each ball in the mix and then place the balls on a separate plate.

Place in the refrigerator to set.

Store in the refrigerator.
