Bite-sized pieces of plant-based goodness! A great little pick-me-up to help with the sugar cravings. Dairy free, refined sugar free, gluten free - these make the perfect guilt-free snack.

Ingredients

 1 tbsp coconut oil
 2 tbsp coconut cream
 4 tbsp maple syrup
 12 cacao butter buttons
Coating
 1 tbsp coconut oil

Over a low heat, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan. Once the coconut oil has melted, add the rest of the centre ingredients stirring continuously until completely melted. Set aside to cool.

Using a teaspoon, spoon the mixture into individual chocolate moulds. Place in the freezer to set (for 1 + hour).

Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to a saucepan over a low heat. Once melted, add the cacao chips and stir continuously until completely melted. Set aside to cool completely.

Remove the filling from the freezer and turn out from the individual moulds. Coat each one with the cacao mixture and return to the freezer to set. Store in the freezer.
