Irresistible Chocolate Slice

Base
 2 cups shredded coconut plus extra for sprinkling on top
 3 tbsp coconut oil
Topping
 1/4 cup coconut oil
 Honey to taste -roughly 1-2 tbsp

Place all of the base ingredients into a blender and blend until combined

Press evenly into lined baking tray

Topping

Add all the topping ingredients to a saucepan and on low heat melt down until smooth

Pour melted chocolate over base

Sprinkle with coconut and set in the freezer for approximately 1 hour

Slice and enjoy!

    Oh my gosh, this is so good! I live in the U S so I had to substitute the Cacao Melts with what I found here. (62% Dark Cacao melts with no wheat) These truly are irresistible and delicious.
