Our Peak Performance Blend is a fusion of nutrient-dense real foods that allows your body to flourish! And what better way to get your daily boost than with these delightful Peak Performance Chia Puddings!

Yields2 Servings
Option 1
 1/2 cup Coconut water
 1 Kiwi fruit
 1/3 cup Chopped pineapple
 1 Apple
 Garnish with nuts and/or berries
Option 2
 1/2 cup Coconut milk
 1/2 cup Coconut yoghurt
 2 Bananas
 Garnish with nuts and/or berries
Option 3
 1/2 cup Coconut water
 1 Apple
 1/3 cup Chopped pineapple
 1 Orange
 Garnish with nuts and/or berries

Blitz all ingredients apart from the chia seeds in a blender or processor.

Pour the mixture into a container and stir in the chia seeds. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until set. If it hasn’t set, add some extra chia seeds.

Once set, pour into serving glasses and top with your garnish of choice. Berries and nuts are great options!
