 2 frozen bananas
 1 cup frozen strawberries
Optional toppings
 Mixed frozen berries
 Goji berries
 Dragonfruit
 Your choice of nuts and seeds

Cut the frozen banana and strawberries into small pieces and blitz in a Thermomix or blender on a high speed until smooth and thick.

Spoon the mixture into two bowls and add your choice of toppings.
